Get support
Include a job or package ID, UTC timestamp, browser version and exact safe error code. Never include passwords, API keys, account-action links, PHI, personal data, proprietary detector output or source code.
Response and availability
Support is normally reviewed within three business days, as a target rather than an SLA. The service is best-effort with no guaranteed uptime, recovery time or response time. Keep local copies of packages and evidence you need.

Billing
The current private beta is free. No payment method is collected and there is no automatic paid conversion. Future charges require new pricing, notice and explicit opt-in.
