Synsigra Private Beta Terms

Effective 17 July 2026. These terms define a synthetic engineering-QA evaluation service, not a medical or clinical product.

Operator

Synsigra is operated by Kis Tamás, 2040 Budaörs, Tátra u. 6, Hungary. Private contact: synsigra@gmail.com.

Permitted use

You may use downloaded synthetic packages and the generator-free verifier inside your organization for algorithm development, regression testing, benchmarking, reproducibility and engineering evaluation.

Not medical or clinical use

Synsigra is not intended for diagnosis, prevention, monitoring, prediction, prognosis or treatment of disease; clinical decisions; patient monitoring; clinical validation or certification; or medical-device conformity assessment. Synthetic results are engineering evidence only.

Synthetic data and no-PHI rule

Except for your own account email and display name, do not submit PHI, patient identifiers, medical records, real patient waveforms or annotations, clinical notes, another person's personal data, algorithm source code or confidential algorithm output. Algorithm code and output are intended to remain local.

Accounts and acceptable use

Protect passwords and API keys. Do not bypass limits, probe another organization, interfere with the service, distribute malware, infringe third-party rights or use the beta unlawfully. Access may be limited or suspended to protect the service and its intended-use boundary.

Package use permission

During the beta, the account holder receives a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable permission to use, reproduce and archive packages and reports internally for the permitted purposes. Do not sell, sublicense or publish packages as a standalone dataset, use them to identify or model a real person, or represent them as clinical evidence. Keep manifests, fingerprints, provenance and claim-boundary notices with archived evidence.

Availability, support and billing

The beta is best-effort and has no uptime or response-time SLA. Generated artifacts are normally cached for 7 days; keep local copies. Newer jobs preserve an immutable recipe and exact generator release for a verified rebuild after cache expiry. The current beta is free, collects no payment method and never converts automatically to a paid plan. Any future paid plan requires notice, pricing and explicit opt-in.

As-is beta

To the extent permitted by law, the service and generated materials are provided as-is and as-available without warranties of uninterrupted availability, fitness for a particular purpose or suitability for regulated or clinical use. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Support

Email private support. Include only a safe job/package ID, UTC timestamp, browser version, and exact error code. Never send credentials, account-action links, PHI, personal data, real patient data, generated signals, proprietary algorithm output, or source code.
